Typical Sundays
Most Sundays we meet at 10 am. All are welcome at our services which are followed by refreshments in the Church Centre.
Special Services
We have special services for the Christmas and Easter and Pentecost seasons and sometimes meet with other churches for midweek services.
Connect Groups
Connect Groups are our midweek expression of church and enable the church's mission to help us become whole life disciples. Connect Groups are:
- places to focus on God and the Bible
- where prayer is central to our lives
- where we grow in community together
As well as prayer and Bible study the Connect groups are about community. They are welcoming places where we can connect with other people more deeply and find friendship, support and pastoral care.
Connect Groups also look outwards, beyond themselves and towards the community and the world. They’re a wonderful opportunity to serve others, beyond the walls of the church, to reach out to the world with the transforming love of Jesus.
Primary School outreach
Our service to local schools includes seasonal events like Christmas and Easter Experience where children visit our church and participate in relevant activities like drama, art and science with the help of clergy and church members. The older children are invited to join in with workshops about social justice and managing their transition to secondary school. All of this keeps in step with the school’s curriculum
